    Hi all!

    We all know how hard it can be when those cravings kick in, so what better way to deal with them then by "substituting". I did that just now by polishing off a chocolate bar, one of the reaaalllll BIG ones! mmmmm was that good....so, what`s your confort food? (just so I can get some inspiration!):chef:

            Chocolate and kettle chips at the same time.

            Ben&Jerry's Chubby Hubby.

            Bacon, blue cheese and mango chutney sandwich.

            I ate lots of sweet stuff when I first went AF!

              i love chocolate & ice cream,with hazelnuts and also i love cheesecake and i also love puddings with custard and yes ice cream....terrible,terrible,terrible

                  You see, now I'm off into food fantasy land and I'm going to have to eat one of the cream eggs that Mr Sweats brought back from the UK for me! (They're hidden in the depths of the freezer where no Teen will look!)
