Hi gang,
just a quickie to checkin..
all's ok here emotionally anyway...!!!
and weather wise..well..!!! we had terrible conditions all week, hurricance force winds up to 150kms/ph..amd torrential rain, houses desrtoyed cars washed down roads, houses falling into the sea floods everywhere.
thursday we had no electric for 12hrs...!!
airports & sea ports closed..we were on orange alert all week, yesterday calmed a bit, but it is due to hit again this weekend..
it is a very,very bad cyclone coming from the atlantic, the peninsular has been drastically hit, and is still being..

so gonna pick up ollie early in the morn and see wot happens..
don't think we will be going to the beach...!!!!!

Heck all this talk of food is making me hungry....AGAIN!

I am having a lovely new friend over for brunch tomorrow and I have changed the menu (in my mind at least) no less than 4 times! I haven't cooked in earnest for who-knows-how-long so the pressure is on!

Wowsers LJ, it sounds like you guys are having a tough time of it! Take care of youself and keep us posted please!
