I watched a really funny film on Sunday, Run Fat Boy Run, got it in the shrine for 3 quid had a great laff at that.

Run Fat Boy Run is hilarious. I think the British make the best comedy films.

The Time Traveller's Wife is my favourite book. Have you read it? If not, read it before you see the film.

I went with a friend to see it. There were hardly any guys in the cinema. By the end of the film, all you could here was sniffling. There was not a dry eye in the whole place.

I'm thinking this is because I've given up cigarettes (again). This time has too take; we have a friend our age dying of lung cancer from smoking. A cig was the first thing I thought of when I woke up, but feel pretty good about making it work this time.

Well good luck on stopping ruby, i stopped in 2006,
