    No, by supervision, I mean talk over your worries, concerns or own sadness with a supervisor or someone experienced. You cant be expected to take on board all the emotional baggage on your own otherwise you will be good for nothing in a short time.
    Poor devil, isnt it heartbreaking how some folk live.

      It's all about picking up little signs. We have to do a little report within 2 days.
      Can be just times,where we went or even just a gut feeling.

      But the good news about this lad is he's now doing gardening at college, helping out at a youth centre and doing judo and winning awards
      It could be worse, I could be filing.

        What we take for granted, a given thing like having a warm home to live in and decent food on the table is something that some people have never experienced. And now with this economic crisis there are tons of people who have lost their homes and are literally camping in tents instead of living in homes....

            There's a support system among the mentors,then mentors for the mentors and if it gets really difficult you can go straight to the head honcho.

                  Oh, thats brill, honestly I never realised how important that support system was until I needed it. I had to be almost dragged to use it though, thought I could deal with all on my own

                      It was actually put into real action after the Baby P case.
                      The poor girl leading the course has actually seen all the paperwork from the case and was nearly in tears,although she didn't go into details thank dog.
