    Morning, all

    Yup, you've guessed it: sleep is eluding me again.

    I had the most wonderful hour & 15 mins of sleep until 1.15 a.m., and then ***poof*** - wide awake.

    Anyhoo... I hope everyone will have a good day

            Boy I thought my getting up at 4am was early, sorry to hear you are not able to sleep Tip, that is no fun at all.
            I am whispering 'good morning all' after getting into trouble for my bugle call of yesterday morning. Right I am off to make breakfast if anyone cares to join me.
            Ethanol is a toxic chemical, why would I drink it?

                    yes starts,2 friends have finished already another 2 today,i will be finished march 11th, were all going out for lunch today, i will have to get another group, its good to be around alcohol free people like myself.for me you cant beat that, maybe i will go back to AA, dont know yet.

                      Thats a good idea. I think thats what I am lacking really, wherever I am I am surrounded by people that drink it seems.

                        well starts imo you have to be with people on the same road as yourself sometime during the week,dont mean here of course. have you never tried AA ,some of them are good and even though i dont go as much any more, i would never put them down ,you can make great friends there.
