Does any one know of a polite way to say bollocks and how to shout at a bank without bursting into tears.
The fecking new roof is leaking and I've been charged again on overdrawn balance that I paid off last month.

Yes, take a deep breath, write down exactly what you want to say and then over and over again tell yourself you are calm and dont let the feckers fob you off with any rubbish.
If you are not satisfied with their response, say you want to speak to their supervisor
