            Just got back from a trip to the shrine (tesco) where I have loaded up with lots of yummy fruit. Going on a healthy eating kick as I seem to have gained some ballast of late :-)
            Living now and not just existing since 9th July 2008

              Starts..I find that winter will do that! Loading up a little extra layer of "body insulation" to keep us warm...:H:H:H
