    3 people didn't turn up including the very earnest girl, but I made a new friend who believe it or not had AL and drug issues and has now turned his life around.

      That is so brill JC! Having someone who has been through similar to you is such a boost isnt it? There is one guy in my class who has and I just talked to another girl who has too. Makes all the difference

        He didn't burst out with it . He just used a few phrases like keep it simple, ODAT. It was at half time when we went outside for a ciggie.

                          Glad to hear you are good. Yip some fantastic people here who have fought and continue to fight their own personal battles but still find the time to help and support all-comers. It is what makes this place so special, its members. That is why it pains me to see some of the negative posts flying around the boards the last few days mostly by someone whose agenda, God only know, lays where. It is certainly not helping themselves or others. I refuse to add fuel to the fire by replying however.
                          Sorry rant over, I needed to get that off of my chest.

                            Hiya guys - howzit?

                            Been flat out the past for days as we have our annual salmon fishing comp going on. My eye balls are hanging out on stalks 12 hour shifts at the pub plus busy dishies to deal with too, yikes I'm ready for a big nanna nap - One more shift to go
                            It's time I put my big girl pants on. :grannypants: I hope they fit.

                              Mmmm, KTab, I don't give that rubbish the time of day...this is not a forum for that kind of negativity--this is about support, love, strength and synergy, frieindship and genuine help in a close, warm and understanding group of people that genuinely care about each other and have a vested interest in each other's successes
