            Anyway, I'm watching Disturbia....really not so disturbing (except in it's boringness)...and I want to know what kind of name is Shia Le Bouef??? When I first heard it I was expecting some exotic dude or sommat...disappointed :-(

                              Not too keen on Friday's masterclass either but I do like some of the recipes. Not watched it yet...tend to record and save for the next day.

                                oooh they were filming at my gym this afternoon...and I found out that the trainer Michelle works at my gym. She must do 6am classes though 'coz I've not seen her...
