Well, i was yer consumate slightly aloof professional. Very hard all day to get her alone to talk turkey, but when i did, i asked her if she was single?....Yep, told her i thought she was a knockout, and about to ask her out when another classmate innocently wander's over, so style cramped! Then i had to wait till end of class, and be very strategic, cause tutor needed me to stay back for 10 mins. to complete a subject i'd missed....Feck! i thought. Anyway, we all finished early, so i ignored tutor and 1 or 3 best wishes, and made a casual, but ruthless b-line to the target. Asked if i could see her before she left, and walked her to her car, and asked if she'd like to go out and see a movie, or a band, or something. She replied, yeah, a band might be nice, and she asked for my number, and i gave it.
