I am sure you have had loads of advice form fellow suffers, of whom I am not one thankfully, but I would imagine the trick is not nap in the day to exhaust yourself come evening. And try to go to bed with a clear mind. I know sometimes my brain forgets to spin down and I have trouble nodding off but once I do its grand. I dont blame you for not wanting to take pills to help.
