Hi all - I have been drinking the All-One and usually get the discount on it by using the code from the book, which I downloaded. Need to order more - can't find the page from the book with the numbers for the discount - can't find the book on my computer anywhere (does it disappear?). Please - does anyone have those five numbers for the discount????? This is the fourth time I have ordered the All-One - you would think I would have written the numbers down somewhere! If anyone can help me, I would appreciate it. Thanks!
