I had sunglasses on at one point today before I left the house and I can't find the flippin things anywhere. I even looked in the pantry. Being at the hole doing that made me want to drink.

Are they on your head?

I sometimes find myself in a place either physically or emotionally that makes me feel as if I need a drink. I have started to really break down those feelings and look at where I am, who I am with, what the thought is, what the feeling is. By the time ive done all that, the feeling passes
