I almost never have a rest in the afternoon and whenever I feel the need, usually can't sleep so just get up cranky. Once in a blue moon when I do lay down and manage to sleep, it's such a deep sleep that when I wake up it literally takes me a minute or so to realize that it's late afternoon and not morning:nutso::H:H
