It's not bad, I could easily grab a cig and smoke it today, but I'm not going to - I have really tackled it like I did my drinking this time.

I am fine around people who are smoking - I have to be at the bar etc. But first thing in the morning I really crave a ciggie.

Yes Zeppers I could quite easily have a smoke too, but its not an obsession any more and I am MUCH happier and healthier without it.
