good morning all,so its green day tomorrow,eh,hahaha,my son informed me he would have a few greenies for me,hahaha,good luck to you starters in your new career,maro,as you get longer into your sobriety,there are so many different alternatives to whats always been out there for years,from the research ive done lately,AA is a foundation,it wasnt even the starting point,there was other groups in history,like my way out,growth i beleive they call it,stagnation,that is why you see people come and go,sobriety is making new friendships with people that no where your at,dont have to lose your old friends,just tolerate them,or leave,gyco s 2 cents today,

Howiyis!

Here's a blast from the past! How the hell are yis all? I hav'tnt been on in ages....become a Facebook and Farmville fanatic...(well you know me and my addictions lol)

All ok on this side of the pond......still have no cracked the no smoking but plan to do it in the next couple of days so I will be tormenting you all again for support, I REALLY REALLY have to do it and stop being so weak and cracking every time someone upsets me...I know I use that as an excuse.

I see so many new faces here, I will never catch up!
