Try getting in to chat using the Forum Web Page option rather than the pop up window. This has been my only option for quite a while now.

Have you tried a different web browser? Which one are you using? Firefox doesnt like it and shuts down but Internet Explorer is ok.

tried both ways kate but just a blank chatroom.
fliptop i changed to internet explorer but the same result, just got a red x and nothing else

Maybe a dumb question since u have all logged on before but do u have Java installed on your pc? I know i could get to chat until i installed it.

I had already installed java but obviously it needed an update because chats working in firefox now. I hate saying im wrong.
