alan carr book

there has been some talk of alan carr on here but i cant find it.
ive just read alan carrs 'no more hangovers'. is this the only book of his on alcohol, maybe i have the wrong one. i was very disapointed in it, didnt really offer much to me. in the past i read his easy way to stop smoking book (i wasnt actually trying to stop smoking at the time but read it as my sister was). i thought it was brilliant and very informative, changing the way we look at smoking. i dont know if its because i have read so much good stuff on here but i just didnt find it came up with anything for me. as i said, i wonder if i have the wrong book. also any one reccommend any other good books for help, i do find reading lots about AL helps my resolve.

I think it's called Allen Carr's easy way to stop drinking....or something similar. I have it on order from the library.
