Woo hoo! Friday at last! Wakey wakey campers!
I love fridays, they are beginning to feel special again for me.

Today is a particularly tough one for me. Lunch with a friend....:H
Oh and I have to run a mile and a half this morning as part of my training plan.
Flights are booked, race is entered so I am committed and feeling gooooood

Mr JC has been all over Greece including the the islands......way back when he was a student and had a last big party holiday with the 'boys' on Rhodes before they left their shared house.
