I am much relieved that it is Friday, Stirls. I had a kinda crappy week. At least it ended with a very good session with my therapist. Now that I'm not going there with constant angst, I'm really getting lots of benefits out of it.

Plus its a long weekend! Yay!!! Monday is Human Rights Day in Saffa-land.

Can you imagine that I never knew about the Sharpeville shootings until the late 1980s??? The press was so highly censored that we knew very little of all the violence going on in our country.

You're paraphrasing, but more or less accurate

I'm very glad I'm off the ADs, Stirls. I initially took a bad dip when I went off them, but I'm better right now than I've been in months.

I have a really fantastic therapist. She has helped me to start believing in myself again. I also mentioned to Starts that I can now see I have choices - life needn't be happening to me without me having a say in the matter.

Plus I have started taking a greater interest in my surroundings again. My garden is looking better than it has in months, even though its autumn. Too late to do much about my veggie garden, but I had two bakkie loads of refuse carted away last weekend, and the garden slave will start preparing the soil tomorrow. I'll put in some herbs in one section so long. I recently planted three granadillas, and tomorrow I need to start training them.
