    ARMY THREAD 22ND MARCH 2010

    JC, 26 years ago our daughter had major kidney and bladder surgery. Twelve days in the premier children's hospital of the south later, we came home. I'll NEVER forget the experiences those 12 days, or the gift I felt given when she began to recover. I STILL worry over every illness she has, tho she is in the medical field. I told her Saturday I had never seen her so beautiful, at her adopted son's 5th birthday party. She was moved to tears by that little gesture. I'm sure your baby feels the same. Thank God for our blessings.

      Just a smile,or a little gesture is worth more than a million dollars.
      mind you I still worry myself stoopid when she doesn't answer the phone within 3 rings or doesn't text back straight away. I have to remember she's a grown up and has a job.

        My daughter only communicates with me on HER dime!! No matter how many times I call. Guess she's tired of her protective Momma! (She answers Daddy right away! :H)
