Starty, puzzled about the student feedback. Why did it have to be THAT student? Also wondering why wait till next term? Why not address THIS term and THIS score since a whinger had a negative impact on YOUR score? Not putting up with that would certainly set the stage for next term. Harumph!! Fecker. OK, done.
