Why am I feeling guilty?
The last Al drink I had was on Sat 13th March. I was out with my Dad and Uncle today and my Dad decided he fancied a pint. I had 2 non al beers. Why am I feeling guilty for doing it? It didnt lead me on to crave for a stronger beer so I suppose that is one acheivement.

There are some people who do find that even the smallest amounts of AL trigger problems. It's good that a couple of non-AL beers did NOT affect you that way. But if drinking them makes you feel bad in ANY way, then just choose something else next time. (soda, water, lemonade, whatever)
You are doing GREAT in your AFness! Try not to worry about this event - just consider it for future reference so that whatever you decide to drink you don't end up with bad feelings about it.

Only YOU can decide where you stand on AF beverages which do contain a small amount of alcohol. (as does most mouth wash, most artificial flavorings used in cooking, etc.) I know people on all ends of the scales with these things.
I have tried AF beer (OK on a hot day) and AF wine (will never again spend my hard earned $$ on anything so  tasting). I never considered that "drinking" in the sense that I broke an AF stretch.
There are others (most in AA as one example) who do NOT think AF beverages are OK. If I felt all "clingy" about AF beer/wine, that would be the sign that they are REALLY problematic for me. As it is, since I started going to AA and THEY feel strongly about it, I no longer drink the odd AF beer. (but did not start my sobriety clock over) It's just not a big deal to me one way or the other.
So....if you feel bad about it, why bother? Just choose something else to drink next time that you won't risk feeling any guilt about at all.

In previous AF stints I used to drink them. I like beer with for example, Mexican food. I never got the urge to drink real ones by doing this. When I went back to drinking it was because I drank real beer, not nonalcoholic beer. Awhile back I tried non alcoholic wine, and just didn't like it. I don't consider this cheating on being AF. I've considered I might like non AL beer once summer gets here. As long as it doesn't cause cravings, I think it's OK - so I personally wouldn't feel guilty - you're still 100% AF, in my opinion.Emancipate yourselves from mental slavery, none but ourselves can free our mind ~ Bob Marley ~ Redemption Song

Don't feel guilty Flip Top, it wasn't AL and besides some people who stop smoking puff on pretend ciggies and they don't consider it smoking. Well done on all the AF days and stay strong for your goal of 30 :lLearn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow. The important thing is not to stop questioning.

Why am I feeling guilty?
In no way would I consider I had broken my AF spell because of that, I don't like beer so for that reason and that reason only I wouldn't drink them - however if YOU feel bad for whatever reason about them then simple - don't have them!
Go for your 30 days:clapclap:
