Always, the name here is misleading; we are the Army against AL, and everyone is welcome. Thank you for your service. My family has been involved in the military since they came here around 1623, and I'm passionately patriotic. SIL was in Charlie Company, Reserves, until recently, and his unit has had a lot of losses, but remain SUCH an inspiration to us. Hope you hang around here and get to know all these beautiful 'troops'. They keep me honest!

evening all,
the gasman has been and gone. arriving at 1.45pm and taking nearly an hour to fit a new meter which is metric and now me vents aren't big enough. even more

Thank feck its Friday! What a week it was... :-(

Had another good session with my therapist today. She likes digging in the past way more than I do, but I see the method in her madness... She's very good at making me see the positives and the degree to which my self-awareness has improved. E.g. we talked about a particular incident at work this week, how it made me feel and how I decided to react. When I consciously gave it some thought, I realised that less than a year ago, my reactions (both in terms of feeling and acting) would have been way different.

Anyhoooo... Enough selfish rambling from me.

I hope everyone will have a fantastic weekend!

But I'd waited over 24 hours for him and I was in a bad mood and just wanted to punch his lights out and I couldn't be bothered if the measured the gas in elephant droppings.
