    'Lo All the Troops,

    How are you, Rubes, Tip,Jackie and Stirly...and all still around and to come!

    It is getting colder in Jhb now too...got me winter slippers on and a jersey!

                  It's getting ugly here since 'The Bill' passed. Lots of legislators having to ask for additional protection. (Sigh) Truly don't understand politicians.

                            I was getting ahead of myself, Birdie. Its actually neeeext Tuesday - the 6th.

                            They're all well, thanks. Eldest cub's application to Paul Roos went in last week, so we're holding thumbs for him. I can't believe he's almost on his way to high school.

                            Their Easter break started today, and they brought home their 1st quarter report cards. The youngest cub did exceptionally well. It is amazing what a difference a good teacher can make!
