yep seems the weather has changed for the better for all of us,,
how soon we forget the bad..with the warm and sunny sunshine is on our faces...:sun::whee:
Yep, Jan's got that right...Have a great weekend with Ollie...:h
    Jackie - a lovely picture you've posted.
If had a garden, I'd be working in it. I don't so the pots we have on our balconies will have to do...At least they're colourful....

      They're gorgeous.
I'm in charge of the pots and hanging baskets. Mr JC is in charge of the general dogsbody work, like the pruning and digging. The soil here is clay based so there's only hardy plants like roses that will get through.
It could be worse, I could be filing.

Jackie - I love it here in Greece but we live in an apartment building. Back home we had our own house. There aren't many things I really miss from there but being able to get out and work in the garden is one of them. I had dug up beds and planted flowers all around the house and had dug up a good sized patch in the back yard and planted our own...

There was a lovely grassy yard with swings for the boys and a picnic table and next to it was all our fresh veggies....Course I was much (a bit) younger then and digging up half the back yard was nothing - a day's work. Now it takes me half a day to transplant a pot:H:H:H

we used to have a seesaw and we were mighty glad to see the back of it. The battles over who sat where between the daughter and son and heir were ear splitting. The fact that the seats were exactly the same colour doesn't seem to register when you're 3.

Know just what you mean. Am off too. Mr. Stirly wanted to go to "The Mall". I've convinced him to go walking in the neighbourhood instead - fresh air, flowers in bloom.. that sort of thing...sounds more like the thing to do on a day like this....:h

                      morning army!

Lovely day here sunny Southeast USA! There is a "Spring Fling" at the botanical gardens portion of the zoo so that is basically my agenda for the day. Yesterday I was so chuffed about getting FH's stuff out of the driveway I cranked up the power tools! :H Cut up some fallen branches and had a campfire.

                      happy day!

                          Hi, Rived

We're not Army in the usual senes of the word. We're just a bunch of friendly people who all fight against AL together.

We have a daily thread where locals (regular posters) and visitors alike pop in and out.

                          Welcome, and feel to participate!
                          I'll do whatever it takes
