I've just put all me pots and planters out (did you know I'm now a gardener). Now Mr JC is going to have to heave them back in.

Fast forward to June and we'll be baking hot and moaning

hi mario. im still stomping along in my AF world and loving it. ive had a mental craving today and just about managed to kick it up the ass. dont stand still, ill either clean you, plant you or cook you... or all the above in any order.

Spuds, do you want to come live with me!?!?! You're doing the PERFECT thing - keeping busy. It's amazing how much more time we have without AL, isn't it? :goodjob:

Yes! I have a friend of over half a century who is a true alcoholic, and when he really gave it up for a long period, he told me one day he'd never realized how long the days were. Unfortunately, he's back drinking, and pretty far gone with it. Such a waste and shame. He was one of the best-looking men I've ever known, and fun to be around. Funny as heck, but most things now revolve around the things he gets into when drunk.

Just ordered mine. Feel very cosmopolitan, actually have a place close enough to order and run over to pick up. (No, it'll be the next millenium b/f w get delivery here!) Very small things we give up for our lifestyle in the country, though.

OMG, I could die happy right now! Just had PERFECT pulled pork BBQ, Brunswick strew, ribs, from our friend's place. I normally eat very little at one sitting, but I pigged (forgive the pun!) out!! Add in the chips, pickles and fresh sliced bread, Lord HELP me!! Now, ready for me leaba! Several hours yet til bedtime, so I may have to walk this off!!
