all this talk of food..hmmmm. ive just stuffed my face with a yummy roast wi all the trimmings.i love yorkshire pud. other half made it all and he always cooks with wine... in him, not the food, so i sat with my fizzy orange and got stuck in. in the past i would get stuck into the wine and fall in my dinner. ho hum... im missing out on so much by not drinking NOT!! finished off with a lovely cappuchno.. NOT! bought a coffee machine in order to get frothy milk.. think they saw me coming.. i could do better blowing into the milk with a straw.... its great having extra daylight in the evening... it makes up for me sleeping all morning

At least the sugar rush has made me productive:

- I walked 5km
- Watered the garden
- Oiled the coffee table in the TV room
- Got the wheelie bin ready to put out tomorrow morning
- Did the week's grocery shopping
- Read the Sunday paper from cover to cover
- Dutifully phoned my mother
