Rise and shine everyone!!!

Decided that my period of not being too hard on myself has to come to an end as of yesterday so dragged myself out of bed at 5:30 this morning and hit the gym. I've been a bit slack over the last couple of weeks ... not enough exercise and too many tim tams (and easter eggs) and general self-indulgence!!. So it is :b&d: for me for a while!

Hope it is a glorious autumn day wherever you are. (Unless of course you're in the northern hemisphere ......:H)

Morning Miss B - glad you're working off the easter goodies. Can you still swim at this time of year?

Glad to report another sober weekend which was quite easy as the visitors were of the non-drinking variety and I'm looking forward to getting stuck into some good outdoor jobbies today. Three days without Blunnies on is not good for a gel.

B, it was a glorious SPRING day here. Would have been Daddy's 78th BD, so really bittersweet, but he SO loved the spring, and daughter and SIL got into their new (horribly oversized) house in a great neighborhood. The kids have been swimming non-stop in the community pool, so that's a good thing. (I'm still wearing my sweater!) Enjoy the season!

Draggos, i noticed, i think it was in the last week or so?, you had absolutely glorious sunny weather where you are, non? That must be magic. What a beautiful town. Can't wait for my next swim in the Corrib(?)!

Quite balmy here, forecast around 26 ish, but a bit of bloody cloud about, and not the ones that bring rain. But that's okay, as i shall look beyond the cloud's, to the big blue sky.

Err. I watched a couple of half episodes of biggest lose3r. It drags on and on... filling out a 10 minute show to 2 hours. Think I was the loser for watching it!! Hey Mr G. Do you know much about classical guitars? I have one and a chap reckons it could be worth a bit. What with the inlay etc and numbered g'tar. Maybe I should google it.

Shas - hope you can read us. Have you got your home 'puter sorted out yet?

Rags - I got sucked in and watched BL. What blows me away is some of those people have lost more than I weigh. I can't quite wrap my head around that.

Have knocked off for the day - planted loads of garlic, weeded two more areas, clipped lavender hedges and hung dry sunflower heads in trees for the birdies. Will now indulge in an excellent Nespresso long black coffee, and two (well, maybe three) Arnott's Venetian biscuits and a quiet read.
