Today in Ireland is one of only 2 days that the pubs close,allbeit that is changing slowly with lots of pressure from the vinters to open up like everywhere else.you would thing it was the end of the world last nite with people screaming for drink..its crazy

Might have a bash at chocolate eclairs today, have made them since i was at school ......about 10 years ago

and a defo white fish and salmon fish pie for dinner.

Have you got the fresh cream though? Want none of that synthetic muck ta. BTW I have the best ever fish pie recipe lurking in the kitchen somewhere, I must dig it out if you are interested. Thinking about dinner at 9.40 am, gotta love ya.
