I am grand thanks, determined to make this work. Easy to forget to put the effort in after a while I think and things can slip alarmingly fast. Back down the pool yesterday for the first time in quite a few weeks and planning on the same today plus a trip to the gym.
How is everything going for you, still busy busy?

I know how easy it is to get into stinking thinking
I did on Wednesday, I could quite easily have gone and got bladdered.
Instead I called a friend, It really really helped. But even so it was a while before fI felt better.
I have submitted my assignments now so on hols from Uni until 19th but still have lots of reading to do, plus I am training for the Mini in Dub on 7th and generally trying to get myself into a work routine for when I start my new job on 19th.
I am glad you got back to exercise, it really worked for you last time

It sure did/does. I have lost the fitness edge, only managed about 30 lengths and had to call it a day but wont be long getting back into it.
Sounds like you have a lot on your plate right now, be kind to yourself and remember to take some time out just for you and do something nice.

I know KT, I did that on Thursday, went out and treated myself to some new make up and bits and bobs.
I love living sober, but I am still learning how to do it
