me and exercise just don't mix, but i'm gonna give it my best shot.
they are rather nice though, I can use them as walking shoes if all else fails.
PB, I'm now trying to print off the instructions you gave me. Don't worry I'll be photo bucketing all over the place once I get the hang of it.

Certainly a nice pair of earphones alright. Anyway enough of this silliness far more importantly the gooners ko in an hour and a half and there will be a few of us here in my house in great throws of excitement should they pull off a great comeback. Should be goals I reckon and hey I am on a roll after my prediction of the toons come back victory last night.

My 'bird' is too, got family living a few miles from the ground. Huge ask to beat Barca at the Nuo Camp though.
