Ruby - whatever you can find out, I would appreciate - oh, great pics by the way - love the pool too - how lovely!! Umm - finally had blood work that doc has been on about me having for 3 years - good cholesterol very good, bad - is bad! His stand in (mine is away) told me to ease up on red meat and saturated fat. LOL - I am veggie and eat neither! My fasting blood glucose was high too. All in all, not good. So, must cut down sugar and up the protein. Potatoes not Prozac seems to be a good book but I will find it hard to follow the premise (3 meals a day, no grazing, 22 grams of protein at each meal), but I am so fed up with not feeling good. Being pre diabetc (according to stand-in doc) is not a fun idea either.
Good as Gold - I agree with you re the football - I have no fingernails left - and ended up DVR'ing the last half as I couldn't watch it! At least we HAVE won a World Cup and we have beaten Germany before! But I agree - I don't think we played well, in fact I don't think we are as good as we like to think we are. Re sugar and caffeine - I have one decaff coffee in the am, and 2 diet sodas before 1030 each day. Then I drink fizzy water.
IAD - it is only a matter of time....... you have my every sympathy
