Wakey Wakey! I'm back in the kitchen again, (sure would like a nana nap!). Welcome Buddy Black, you found a good place to start. Busy day, then I'll crash. Had a long day yest, but it was bittersweet evening; sad, but I saw the family members I rarely see. My daughter made the drive down, and I was able to enjoy her, and my aunt's son was glad to see her. But it especially meant a lot to Aunt Nina's granddaughter who is 19. Anyway, as I've said, I have some VERY strange relatives, and they get stranger as we get older! :Hsigpic

well i play hookie today just took it easy ... really my legs were still hurting and i just wanted to rest and i think im getting old naaaaaaaaaaa only 43young .. but looking into mens pack vit and really need to start eating more and really take care of myself .. maybe too much red meat and i really dont drink any milk .. oh well .. so sound like evetryone is doing good ,, ruby now rest girl you need to .. vicky glad to hear you are really starting to think .. now get writing .. well enjoy love and hugs:beach: life does change as long as you are willing to change yourself ..

Thinking of everyone! Wrote a long post I lost. I know better, need to start the copy and paste method. Also like making text document then pasting that.
Much stress here! But I'm sticking to my plan and as the stress builds, I'm determined to stay AF !
So many things coming to light, just need to keep my calm. It's is difficult, but I so well know how much more difficult I could make it!Comment
