    Vicki my Flower - you are a mere human being!!!!!!! Even God would have some trouble following all that! You can only do so much and you can find peace without that list!! Look inside yourself and feel the little glow that is God - then let that spread through you - that is how you will find peace!!

      I cannot take high doses of caffeine for energy.
      I have to spend more time in prayer than not.
      I have to read God's Word atleast 1 hour a day.
      I cannot live by schedules and lists of things to do.
      I cannot live in a state of panic and feel overwelmed.
      I cannot speak when tired, angry, jealous, hurt or defensive.
      I have to forgive people who hurt me today and in my past.
      I have to take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ.
      I must focus on helping others and not myself.
      I cannot open my mouth unless I can be kind, loving, giving, encouraging or supportive.
      Sheesh, SOBS,

      Who could succeed with a list like this? Mighty tall order, me thinks...

        Made a nice dinner too, but really to tired to eat. I was up most of last night with the storm and terrible spasms in my legs and feet. Finally got easy and was drifting off and the power came back on, along with all the lights and TV's that went out. Had to go around turning stuff off.I'll make an early night tonight. (Feel like I could go right now! :H)

              Hi all - I am off to bed! Did end up bathing Maggie in the tub and then i mowed and did a little weeding. Hope everyone is well - Biz and Paguy, you are both doing so well. Hallo too, to everyone else - Ruby hope that you have some more energy tomorrow - hope that i do too! Vicki - hope that you get used to your meds - and that they will help you with your pain. Goldie - your mum (and you too) is in our prayers - hopefully she will get to feeling better soon as well. MB, Rog, Tony - anyone I have missed. Have a great evening,

                Uh, oh, it's very late and I am not tired at all! I'm going to try to read a book and hopefully, I will get sleepy. Otherwise, tomorrow not going to be such a great day. Sunshine, I do hope you feel better tomorrow. Roger, where in the world are you? Canoeing down a river already? You better check in with us. We miss you!                   sorry i have a been busy busy working on that conoe conoe .. and just having fun doing it and well sue is back at the hospitall and couldnt sleep then went into chat and lost track of time and space .. im glad to see everyone posting and doing their best and happy to see you here vicky now get your ass in bed ..lol well have a great day tomorrow enjoy stay strong and keep shifting forward one and all ...

                      If anyone has not read Roger's life story, you need to read it. He really was dealt a bad hand, but chose to overcome. He is truly an inspiration. Look under new post, it should be close to the top as I just commented on it. Okay, going to read a book and TRY to go to sleep! Damn medication!                               Good morning everyone. Roger glad everything is OK!!! Vickie good to see your post keep on the meds!
                              Well I am pasted my frist week AF but I thought it would get easy from now on like smoking once you pass the week you can go for ever. Being AF I think is harder as it seems to be geting harder for me.
                              Sunhine, MB, IDA, Greatfull hope all is well. Got to run and try to make some danaro and have PT today yuk but I will live. Have a great day one and all

You are a great encouragement to us newbies!Bizman, it will get easier, it may take more than a week, but I promise you will start to feel so much better soon. Just keep on taking one day at a time and stay strong. Goldy, how are you and your Mom doing? I hope you are getting settled back at home.
