    MB, dont worry, I haven't died, just taken on more than I can do, and got a little pissed in the meantime. Never here, and not with any of my Journey buddies. When and if I post, it will be here, and you ALL can PM me, or e-mail me. Its just time, before I blow a gasket, to get off everthing else but here and chat at times. You CAN do well without me, but I'm always here, at least lurking. PM me, email me, FB me, but I'm around, and your doing GREAT! This, T's thread, is my home. You can't get rid of me THAT easy! :H

        mama.......oh so great on new boss. They really set the mood for the the job don't they. My last employment as a graphic designer was so wonderful until they brought in some youngster who knew nothing about graphic design or the business and laid off everyone who produced and had earned a decent salary, was all money! Hated to go to work everyday. Heard the company is now going down the tubes....YES!

        Ruby..the picture so suites you! So beautiful. Yes, get to the cabin! We need you rested, we are selfish. Beautiful home..love rural living! I've been a country gal most of my adult life. Your grandchildren are so precious. I'm finding my female grandchildren of my sons look more like me than my daughters little girl. I'm Irish with a small part Norwegian. But I am dark skinned so feel someone snuck in the family tree somewhere. My daughter is also, she's half German and my half Irish. Dark like me. ???

        T....wow....what a nice family pic of you and your boys. My greatest joy..kids & grandkids.

        Although AF, I tested my sanity last night. The end result was I felt like a fool. Maybe we already have all the information we need. I've been working at keeping my goals for my life foremost in my mind. But, I hate making major decision that will change the course of my life. I go into panic attacks, what if I look back and wish I hadn't made that life changing decision. I only have this last total change in my life left (I feel), what if I regret the choice I make? I search for proof when it is in front of my face daily, I have so much proof! I've decided I don't need all the details. I have so much proof I'm crazy for thinking otherwise. My major focus should be me and my life. Very hard for me, I'm a giver, never ask for anything in return, from spouses, children,friends....I give all. I'm realizing it is the fear maybe they won't love me if I don't give without asking for anything in return? Also I want to make myself irreplaceable, no one would give as much as me..but in the end, no they wouldn't, but who wants that from anyone? I've lost respect of those I love(even sober). I am realizing that not expecting anything..my lack of self respect, is what I get. Everyone will take from you, but I don't think they feel good about it, of course unless they are narcissistic, then they expect it and don't respect you anyway. Oh well...my thoughts for the day.

              well well good morning shifters first ..sorry if i came across rude in anyway in yesterday post ..and well what i want everyone to understand ...is that life has so many paths ..good ,bad and down right out shity ...
              but its in your hands how you want to take it.. you can get piss and say fuck it and get drunk off your ass and feel like shit the next day .. or .. just deal with it ,,
              with a clear head and you then can say you have surive thur yet another part in life ...
              so if you are thinking of testing the water .. go ahead ..
              you are here for a reason ..
              to learn how to help yourself and you already know the out come .. if you make the wrong choise...
              so remember only you can pervent forest fire and its hell when they get out of control..

                Katie, welcome to our small group! You will find much love, laughter and serious motivation to stay sober here. Roger, so sorry about the job and hope you get the check before you need to buy material for the next one. MB, anxious to hear the outcome of Friday with the new honchos. Ruby, beautiful pic of you. I just want to apoligize to everyone for suggesting I would run to a drink instead of dealing with my life at times. That is me being rebellious! I didn't drink last night and I had a great time with the kids. We had a nice steak dinner, then watched "The Blind Side", a great movie! It's raining today and I could have slept all day but jumped out of bed at 7:30 to entertain. It is now 10:00 and everyone is still sleeping. Oh, well, I have time to catch up with you guys. Roger, thank you for being so firm and telling me like it is. I know you are right. I am learning it takes more than my daily stress to make me drink. I may WANT to drink at times, but I am stronger than that. I have come too far to throw it all away! I hope everyone has a GREAT weekend! I love you guys!

                        wallowed in bed all morning....tummy ache and head ache and feeling lazy...they day went really well yesterday...i have not heard about the other job yet
