    well well good morning gear shifters .. sound like we are ready to put into over drive ... time for me to clean my truck out and ready for everything ... the phone has been ringing but i still hate teller marketers need more work calls ... but things will be getting better ..im just trying to keep it positive ...
    and who know they could be right on the amount of hurrcanes this years weeeeeeeeeee let it blow let it bloooooooooooooowwwwwwwww...... but anyway again welcome to all the new comers and have a great day one and all

                        Gold, thank you so much for the advice. Well acquainted with HALT just never made friends with it. Thanks for the reminder. I have used it several times today. Made it through the night and even got the proposal done. I knew this was the place to be and I truly appreciate your words of wisdom.

                        Thanks to all the rest of you for your warm welcome. Thanks Vicki! I look forward to getting to know you. Sounds like you have known each other a long time, especially if you count other lifetimes! I think I will really like it here.

                          I'm with u on the rusty tools in the toolbox thinking - I've had HALT in mine since an al counsellor told me in 2003 & didn't use it till this year !! Working a treat now it's polished up & used daily...
                          Btw what a nice name you've chosen - 'my' that which is mine, & 'ra' the egyptian sun god. As the sun symbolises life, ur name means 'My Life' in my books - very cool name 4 recovery ; )

                                Gold, how nice about that name thing. You're right, an excellent one for the road ahead. Thanks for the welcome tlrgs. I believe I've seen you around before. Have more work to do but wanted to check in here first. Relaxing with a nice cup of coffee.....funny how I used to do that all the time many years ago. It never occurred to me to use booze to relax.
