    Thank you, MB. No, I didn't go to the grave. He's not there, but in every other part of the land I hold special. Our daughter, who is not a sentimentalist, says our only biolgical grandson, Jack, spent time with Daddy Neal before he was born. He walks the same, winks the same, is compassionate the same, has the same 'Marchman' build. I see Daddy every time I see him, so life goes on, and so beautifully.

        Ruby, I know today is sad for you. Paul's parents were missionairies when they died almost 10 years ago, too and I was very close to them. They taught us both alot, mainly how to give to others and they were very special people. I feel the same way. Everything good that I am and Paul came from them. I am so thinking of you today, Ruby. I've had alot of fun today. I went around the yard taking pictures and I loaded them up on facebook and everything looks so good. I can't wait till summer, when everything is in full bloom. Every year I plant new stuff, so it's going to look like paradise one day! MB, I am so glad you got on my friend list. Check out the photos. Love you all, Vicki

          Yes, SOS, its the renewal of life. I was SO lucky to learn that from my family. I just talked to Jack, and Ri, and they are LOVING their new house, and the neighborhood. Have been swimming everyday! I get chills still!

          Thank you all for understanding what this day means to me. It is SO wonderful to see the best in people passed on through the generations. Now, I've just got to find a jack-ass and cart to give my Gracie! :H

            Today is a wonderful day, both my granddaughter and daughter's BDs. So many high and lows, the last few days. Going through PhotoBucket, organizing, laughing, crying, looking at the last few years in pictures. This is my daughter when she was 15. Even more beautiful today!

              Morning all!
              A hazy start to the day here in UK. Volcano dust?? Warm though & can smell Spring all around. Lots of household tasks I would love to dive into - can I be your assistant T? pretty handy with a hammer! - but have financial/legal issue to get sorted so will put my focus there. I let it tip me back in the bottle last few months & where did that get me? Nowhere, and fast... Some AF days recently, & where did they get me? Home again, & fast. Like meeting myself on the street. And wanting to stop & say "Hi!" rather than lower head & cross over to the other side...
              Rubes thankyou for sharing all you do x. Your posts about your Daddy warmed me beyond words. Hope you get that cabin time!

                  I just got a call that my beloved Aunt Nina has passed away. I know it was coming, but I'm devastated. She was the epitome of a beautiful, strong, fragile, gentle Southern Lady. The hits just keep on comin'.

                        good morning shifters im running late .. and car doesnt wat to start yet ..i ran it down playing the gratefull dead saturday loud.. well ruby the apple doesnt fall that far from the tree girl your daughter takes after you and you are one awesome mom ..

                          I know. Hubs wanted to talk to me on the phone to be sure I was alright, but I just couldn't talk. I know she's out of pain now, and with her Lord, but I'm selfish - I wasn't ready to lose her.

                              Thank you all so much. I just called my children and let them know. We Southerners pull together when something like this happens. I just ........I don't know. Almost as hard as losing Momma (they were sisters.)
