    welcome rita and this site is awesome for surport and sorry i dont really know much about the meds or hypnotherapy .. but just read and keep posting and asking all the qusetion you can think of also find the tool box thread you will find it very helpful .. again welcome and stay strong and keep thinking positive

          The hypno didnt work for me, but it did when I quit smoking. Think I got 10 days in with the hypno. That sure is a pretty flower pot T. Saw that deal with cutting the hole in the bucket on Gardening in Georgia once. Never tried it though. Have 2 or 3 plants growing in buckets right side up that are doing well....me and the kids got volunteered to be hostesses at a 30 author book signing thing at the library next week. A lady with a thick accent called me and I wasnt sure what she was saying and I'm goin yeah yeah and before I knew it I had volunteered. Well, it will keep me out of trouble......

            Gold...those are called Topsy Turveys and you can buy them at drug stores in the US
            I had one last summer and grew cherry tomotoes
            i have the supplements, th e book and the CD's...they are great for relaxtion and I swear by the supps for general health and energy....there is no magic pill to stop alcohol abuse, though....
            YOU have to do the work....and God knows I am still trying!!!!!

                  Rita Mary, I LOVE hypno therapy, plus the CD's for relaxing and concentrating on our focus. Anything that helps get past a craving is a wonderful thing.

                  The rest of you nutz, you are such a beautiful group. And ANYONE new who wants to join in is welcome with open arms. That's what makes this such a nice haven. Please tell us about yourselves.

                        WELCOME, Maslow, Rita Mary and TECHIE! :welcome: We are so happy to have you in our group. There's never a dull moment around this bunch! Rita, good for you ordering the starter kit. The supplements will help you to feel better sooner than later. I never had much luck with the hypnotherapy, but they will help you to relax. Under Just Starting Out, you will find 2 post you need to read "Start Here" and "You Can Do This!" The way I got sober after a life long journey of alcohol and drugs is staying on this site reading and posting everything you feel and you will quickly learn that we all have felt that way! LIFE IS SO MUCH BETTER SOBER! Don't get discouraged if you fall, most of us did not succeed in this without a few mishaps, but if you are determined, YOU CAN DO THIS! In the beginning, you really need to STAY on the site during those hours you want to drink or you normally drank. With every day you don't drink or you deny a craving, the easier it wil become.                           By the way, HEY, ALL YOU OLDIES! Roger, your plants look great after only 3 weeks! I couldn't tell if they were covered in blooms, but once your blooms turn into tomatoes, they will be ready to eat in about 2 months. My Mom tried this but once her tomatoes got heavy, it broke the branches and you also have to water them every day when they're in pots. GOOD LUCK! Tony, get your ass in gear and till up that garden! You're way behind! Catch, praise the Lord your son came home just in time. Ruby, so glad little Jack is better. Gold, thank you so much for your sweet words. MB, I called after reading your post to plan a time for you to come down, but afterwards I got to thinking how literal I take stuff. Just cuz someone says they want to go to Mexico or come lay out with me doesn't actually mean they want to. I'm sorry I take things so literal. I'll work on that.                             OH, SOS, I WANT TO!! Wish I could fix my schedule to crash your party! Ya'll can ask T, I'm all about power tools. Have my own saws, drills, tiller, etc. And I hide them from Hubs b/c he he never puts things back. He's always looking for my tool box, so I make him turn his back while I get it out of it's hidey hole so he won't sneak in there and use my stuff. He has a HUGE shop, with everything in it, but he uses my pink flowered hammer!!!
