    kool have fun and please take it easy and just relax qwith hubby .. maybe think about biulding some rooms down stairs but just draw out a plan nothing too hard ..and go fishing and catch a big one ..

      I intend to. Planning on eating out a lot, having our grands over to play, catching some festivals and shows, and chillin', LOTS!

              Good morning, family! Ruby, I am so excited you and hubby are going to the cabin! I hope you have a wonderful time relaxing, eating out and spending time with the kids! Gold, you poor thing, go back to bed. There is that one small problem of sleeping without alcohol and then there's the weight gain. I have gained 10 pounds since I quit drinking! But, doing without sleep and gaining weight is a small price to pay to not living in the clutches of hell with alcohol. It's a rainy day and I have little to do, but I'll find something! We plan to go visit with my famiily this weekend. Not looking forward to that, but gotta spend time with my poor old aging parents. I hope everyone has a great day! Love you lots, Vicki

                Just got back from 7th grade honors day. Rosie had honor roll of excellence for the whole year and she got a silver medal trophy for language arts. It was a real tearjerker with the principal giving a long speech to the kids since they will be moving on to jr. hi next year.And one of the student council read a poem about moving on in life and it was really something. Tomorrow is 7th grade breakfast, then honors day for my 6th grader. Also last day of school tomorrow....

                  mama home in bed after being up half the night with some terrible stomach thing...missed work and not good b/c boss was in today....but what's a girl to do.....and no..it's not a hangover!!!

                  You all inspire me so much with your sobriety and I want to be like you......I think I am getting my head in the right place....
                  Bird...we just had 8th grade graduation and high school graduation
                  I am realizing that I am missing my boys....neither one is ever home any more and the house is so empty without them...it makes me sad and a little depressed...I don't know what to do with myself
                  ok...gonna try to keep this soup down...I love you all

                    My girls have been out of school since Friday. ('Course, ya'll saw the pics!) Don't have any from Maddie's Honors day b/c only 2 people are allowed to attend, and son & ex went. I know I've told ya'll son has been dating. (Found out who she is) Told Hubs I wish he'd date someone I don't know, he said he didn't care WHO son dated even if it was Sasquatch, as long as she was not loony like the other. His ex is FURIOUS he's dating. :H At least he didn't date while he was married!
                    We're leaving in the morning. If you need to reach me, an e-mail is quickest. Hubs has informed me I'll be driving his truck (read: TANK) so the big dogs will be in the back seat, and they really don't like that, but he's taking some of his big power tools so needs the truck, and wants to have the 'little car' (BMW roadster convertible) so we can get out and cruise around. I'm not thrilled, but not arguing. I'm happy in my old Toyo 4Runner wherever I go, but this is HIS time off, so no complaints.
                    Hope everyone is feeling better, I am. Gold, MB, get some rest. Hope you both feel better soon. BTW, Gold, your name reminded me I'm gonna do some gold panning this time in the creek. Berit has to inspect every pan I pull up tho, so it takes longer. :H
