      So I eventually got laptop, router, cables & phone line in a big group ((((HUG)))) & am back on the grid again. Not taking it for granted tho, just ODAT 4 now....hehehe
      Bit more work in the kitchen - put microwave up on a wall bracket. And guess what ? Wonky !!! And yes T i did use my spirit level thingy, in my own sweet way tho obviously. Wish Rubes had been there, bet she has a pink flowery one... I'm just pretty crap at masonry drilling. Give me wood any day... Hey ho, at least micro & shelving match now..
      Sun came out this eve so had a go at the tomatoes at last. Have abandoned TopsyTurvey idea - cant bear the thought of plants growing upside down, makes me feel a bit sick..& Ts is not goin well by sound of it. Have used idea tho & put 3 tom plants in a tub, one in top & 2 tumblers on side. And a few marigolds to keep them safe from bugs hopefully. And they look pretty too

          Was supposed to be employee Golf league night, but thunder and lightning out so no golfing.
          My older son is driving home from college in Orlando for the weekend and for some reason he waits till night to drive. Oh the reason must be to make his Mom worry.

                    Was not sure where to post this. Have not been around in a while - lurked a bit. Craving a glass of wine like crazy. Topa, naltrexone have not touched the craving.                           Very gald you're still fighting the good fight ! And you can count on us for support, advice & encouragement - I'm sure you know that..
                          In the early days of AF I find 2 things help avoid cravings building up. Fist is a bite 2 eat. It's based on the HALT checker - are you Hungry Angry Lonely or Tired ? All classic triggers. Think with me, hungry & tired = my body asks 4 fuel & does it the easiest way it knows, by givin me an al craving. Prob a blood sugar thing. I always find food helps take the edge off it. Even just something small - a bite of banana
                          2nd is distraction pure & simple.. allowing the debate is just mental torture 4 me. Easier said than done I know but ultimately where my salvation rests. Cos when I argue with myself, the rebel in me likes to win, shouts the loudest... So I say "No way, F**k off !!". Then I do something else - quickly...
                          Best is something that occupies my mind & hands. At one point i was addicted 2 sudoku puzzles - only the easy ones mind ! Or if ur at work or on a train or something.. look around you, choose 5 items & name them & give 10 decriptive words for each. Each time u do it u have 2 choose a different 5 things. I rarely get past the 3rd thing....
                          I hope that the more times u distract urself & work through any craving, the more u will BELIEVE that u can. And that's where the seeds of recovery lie - in replacing the negative downward spiral with a positive upward one.
                          Good Luck & please keep us posted... You can do this & you will if you work at it. Work smarter, not harder

                              need lots of coffee this am, hockey game went into overtime last night. Its been raining here the last three days, blah.
                              Mama, we have actually met in a previous life, I will PM you sometime.
                              Hope everyone has a good day, remember, it's Thursday! Weekend is just around the corner, anyone have any big plans? For me, it will probably be yard work if its nice out and house work if its crappy - house work never ends does it?
