MB, PB is Poppa Bear. Funny, our 'step' granddaughter name Hubs that because her fav story was Goldilocks. Now one grand lovingly calls me 'OldieLocks'.
I'm SO with you on the entitlement thing. We've created a generation, and more, of people who want to grab everything free they can. We've had to change SO many things to keep people (and their children!) from getting hurt. So we retreat. Long ago, I remember someone saying the white exodus and riot was retreating, and running the world from their safe point. I know my daughter has. Though I hate the idea of her living in multi-million dollar homes, they are enclosed, safe. So I understand. Her beautiful, blonde, blue-eyed children are targets, in a land their grandparents fought to save. My SIL is former military. Daughter and he rescue children (that's how we got our beloved Ry!), but are beginning to learn that liberals don't know their ass from a hole in the ground. And they want everyone to have the same thing, whether they try for it or not. I will NEVER, in this life, give up my morals, and I will always try to help those that need it. I've driven across 3 states to rescue animals. I would do no less for humans. But we have created a culture of need driven, want driven, no work driven people. I can't, and won't pay for their free ride. Read your country's history. It was built on hardship, hope, and having a dream. No one paid for a meal for their children, you earned it.

Hey MB, I was adopted at 6 months old and I never could get along with my mom. I dont think she liked me much My dad was great though, theyve been dead for many many years but I dont miss my mom thats bad to say. She was so mean to me and I still have nightmares of her she been gone since 85. Think she didnt like me being an Indian and she very white. Always saying stuff about how I looked and talked and my hair blah blah and on and on and on. My bio mom put me up for adoption cuz she was a drunk and couldnt deal with her kids, I met her a few years ago, she is ok. Well I'm just rambling...had a good day but never did do the laundry spent 2 hours playing drums with my piano teacher instead of playing piano cuz I was too tired to play piano hahaha. Just kicked the kids off the pc and tv they were starting to bicker a bit doing the same thing all day games games games and facebook. It rained like crazy this aft,think I'll go outside a bit....bird

Hope all of you are doing well - I feel much better than I have in the past few days.

sick of being sick - thanks for your advice - I am not going to let the sugar get out of hand. I started today with my diet improving it and actually felt better today than I have been - and I had hardly any sugar!! lots of protein too.

Need to go and feed the birds - think I must try and cut down on what I am feeding them - they are costing more than the dog to feed these days!!

Sorry, having a MOMENT with Hubs. Will straighten his mule out in a minute. Haven't had the best day here. No worries. He will calm down or know he has to go back to work. (Think he likes it here more!!)
Sorry again. It takes a while to wind down out of being 'the man' mode. Doesn't wash here, after a few minutes. I let it run it's course for a while, but he KNOWS when enough is enough. Says my Daddy, gone 10 years, STILL scares him. Or maybe it's ME! :H
