Tawny, I guess I've been dealing with the next stage in my recovery: not having an ego that is paper thin, and accepting that not everyone sees an alcoholic in me... Feck knows, if I'm not feeling like one any more, I should stop being so sensitive about what other people think of me. They're not exactly central to my life, now are they?

It all sounds very simple and straight-forward when stated in a short paragraph, but it quite a little journey we've chosen to go on...

I had a cracking day. We had loads of visitors. Met my daughters boyfriend for the 1st time. Poor lad arrived when half the family were here including 2 over excited littlies. He must think we're barking ( he's probably right).
