ive just checked out a yoga class i used to go to.. i used to love it but it got in the way of drinking. i think its time to start again.its so good for body and mind. its so good to be able to get back to doing good things. this is definately my time to do thisToday is the tomorrow i worried about yesterday and it turned out fine

Yoga is on my list to try sometime, as you know I am a big fan of exercise in this battle. Went for an updated assessment at the gym yesterday and ended up using new machines and the trainer found muscles that I didnt know I had.Ethanol is a toxic chemical, why would I drink it?

ktab, you really should try yoga. when i first started years ago i was i total busy exercise freak, i thought there was no way it would do anything for me. we started by lying down for 5 minutes, it totally freaked me out... doing nothing argh!!!. by the end of the first class i got it. the exercise is totally different from anything else i was doing but it was fantastic. using muscles in a different way to anything else i was doing. i cant recommend it enough (hmm i still let AL take me away from it though)Today is the tomorrow i worried about yesterday and it turned out fine
