      Spuddleduck; I couldn't agree with you more. Yoga is fantastic. Like you it got in the way of drinking time, so went by the wayside. I went to a new venue offering free trial class a few weeks ago, but decided not to commit because it would get in the way of my lifestyle! Will rethink on this as I know the benefits were huge for mind and body.

        yeea butterfly. i just phoned my old teacher. it was so nice just speaking to her. she is such a calm person.... and i just dither and waffle on. but its made me determined to get back to it... ohmmmmmmmm. my body and mind will be a temple. latterly i used to be in my class thinking about the wine i was gonna drink when i got home. my body and mind was definately not a temple then
        Today is the tomorrow i worried about yesterday and it turned out fine

          To the temple; here we come......... although I feel I really need to get a few AF weeks or days at least under my belt otherwise I will still be concentrating on the wine and not the yoga!

                                Not good idea unless you are planning a new frizzy look with the hair do. Are you sure it is not your internet connection speed or is it slow with everything?
