    4MILES...
    I'm gonna start going back to the gym again..
    my legs were sooo painful before I had to stop..

                              Off to the gym followed by a big lunch and a day of sport on the tv I think. Had a new assessment on Tue and found muscles that have lain dormant for years I think. Still a little stiff in places.
