Yep Starts Thx they are feeling much better now, can run up and down stairs could barely walk one step in front of the other before was just sheer pian..

Doc says it was my body cleaning the toxins out and would get better, I didn't believe it would ever stop..
BUT it has and I feel great...

theres a bit of a ding dong going on in my town today. they have a st georges day event (actually they have a festival for just about anything here). so ill be off into town to watch st george do the dragon. lots of stalls and stuff so i may spend some pennies. used to be an excuse to drink. no thank you.. not even tempted (did i really say that)
