Never thought I would be saying this in a million years, but thats what MWO has done for me. The gym opens at ten so I had better get a shift on. A year ago I would lying in bed till midday and having my first drink at lunch, well it was a sunday, isnt that what people do???Ethanol is a toxic chemical, why would I drink it?

today im off to put flags on poles. the lovely little town i live in has a festival for everything ( it calls itself a festival town). next week starts the flag fortnight. the whole town is decked out in big flags, all made appropriate to their position, such as outside a coffee shop it will have a cuppa and a cake on it. they are really pretty. anyway today is putting on poles day and as im not a drunken or hungover bum im going down to help out.. oh what a way to spend a sundayToday is the tomorrow i worried about yesterday and it turned out fine
