Because.. my ex assualted me last year so i had to move out of the house we shared (i could not afford the rent on my own).. so i moved into a smaller unit, and now i have to move b/c the owners want to move back in.. but at least the place we are moving to is bigger and we can stay there longer.. plus i get my license back in 4 months so that will make things easier..

Yes.. its gone to court twice already, only to be adjourned.. though 1/2 the evidence has been heard, but I haven't said my piece yet.. the next case is week after next.. and what happened with yours? if you dont' mind me asking..

Mine was a long time ago and my husband backed down in court. He was blaming me. It was ridiculous that it came to that situation.
