My take on the whole face ache thing is it best serves teenagers who collect virtual 'friends' like stamps. Anyone remember pen pals?
The whole idea at my age of people one has never met sending you a 'lets be friends' request a bit daft at best and a bit sinister at worse. Like most things online it is open to abuse.

Having said all that there are people on MWO that I have interacted and we have shared parts of our lives, sometimes on an extremely personal and private basis. I would consider some of these people as friends even though we have never met and chances are never will. Heck some of you guys know things about my inner thoughts that those closest to me dont. I suppose it is because you guys have bought the T-shirt, worn it and probably spewed down the front of it too, just like yours truly.

I hate the way some ppl use FB as a popularity contest too.. i deleted a whole heap of ppl recently - ppl that didnt bother replying when i sent them a message - i was like, whats the point of being "friends" on here if you dont even consider me friend enough to send me a message! they obviously just wanted to have their numbers high of friends.. so pathetic!

Cockroaches are less common in Vic,
and they're generally not very big.

1st time I was in Darwin in the wet season with my ex and we'd seen alot of lizzards.
One morning a big lizzard ran into my P'J's (which were on the floor at the time)
and I've gone to collect it and pop it outside,
But to my horror this lizzard was a massive bloody cockroach.
